Tapa de Seda means "coat of silk".  He is an ALSA  Grand National qualifier.  He has his ALSA GOS Championship and ROM.  He is just what you are looking for in a Super Suri llama-solid conformation, statuesque presence, luxurious twisted locks and personality plus.  He is producing colorful suri cria.  His sire, Newevo was the highest selling llama ever at $220,000 purchased by Goose Valley Llamas at the Final Fiesta sale in September 2003.  In the first year of showing Tapa's offspring, 'Tapa the Charts' was the ALSA National Champion suri male and the ALSA National Reserve Grand Champion suri male while 'Tapa O'l Smokey' was the ALSA National Champion Heavy Wool Juvenile male.  Tapa's son 'Tapa th Charts' was the second high selling male ($28,000) at the 2006 Celebrity Sale and the high selling female 'BAL Do-Be-Do-Be-Do' ($36,000) at the 2006 Celebrity Sale had a Tapa female cria by side and was bred back to Tapa.  In the Get of Sire class at the 2006 Celebrity World Futurity Tapa's get took 7th in the top-ten.
